Water solubility: It is easily soluble in water at room temperature, and the aqueous solution is transparent. Non toxic and harmless, safe and environmentally friendly.

Chemical resistance: At room temperature, the pH value of its aqueous solution is generally around 5-7, the viscosity is stable, and it is almost not affected by weak acids, weak acids, or organic solvents (esters, ketones, higher alcohols, hydrocarbons). It has extremely high oil resistance.

Miscibility: It can be miscible with starch, synthetic resins, cellulose derivatives, and various surfactants with good stability, but long-term storage may result in delamination.
