Construction process of aluminum-plastic panel curtain wall

2. Construction and installation of aluminum-plastic panel curtain wall:

(1) Construction preparation: Check the verticality, levelness, and flatness of the structure, and make records of the reserved holes and surface defects of the structure. Handle the areas with hidden dangers in advance. Adjust the distance between the curtain wall and the structure based on the inspection results. Based on the data from the structural inspection, determine the specific construction dimensions of the aluminum curtain wall unit and process the aluminum curtain wall unit.

(2) Measurement and laying out: Verify the axis and elevation of the structure, mark the installation position line of the aluminum panel curtain wall, the skeleton position line, and the fixed points of the embedded parts.

(3) Installation of embedded parts: Galvanized steel corner brackets are selected and fixed inside the civil wall with chemical anchor bolts. The theodolite measures the vertical and horizontal orientation of the embedded parts.

(4) Vertical steel keel installation: The keel is fixed at the corner of the embedded part, fully welded, and the weld seam is coated with silver paste anti rust porcelain paint. Re measure the verticality of the keel using a theodolite.

(5) Installation of horizontal steel keel: Weld the horizontal secondary keel onto the vertical main keel, and brush the weld seam with silver paste anti rust porcelain paint. The outer surface error of the secondary keel is ± 1mm. Verify the horizontal alignment of the keel using a theodolite.

(6) Fire and lightning protection installation: After the installation of the main and secondary keels, fill the gaps between the curtain wall and the beams, columns, window walls, and enclosure walls of the main structure with non combustible glass wool, using the same method as for glass curtain walls.

(7) Aluminum accommodation panel installation: After the installation of the glass wool panel is completed, start installing the aluminum-plastic panel. There should be no other personnel below the position of the aluminum-plastic panel, and a dedicated person should be assigned to supervise. The upper end of the aluminum-plastic panel unit is equipped with a pull rope, which is controlled by upper level personnel to adjust the height position. After being in place, the installation personnel use angle aluminum and tighten it with screws. Adjust the curtain wall horizontally, vertically, and horizontally to make it level and consistent in appearance.

(8) Sealing filling: gaps between curtain wall units shall be filled with foam adhesive strips and sealed with weather resistant adhesive externally. The sealing glue shall not be omitted, and after curing, the surface of the curtain wall shall be cleaned and the protective film of the curtain wall shall be removed.
